Orbytal limits the data processed when you use this site to what is strictly necessary. No audience measurement tools, advertising trackers or social media buttons are used.
Data processed
Browsing. The servers hosting the site may record technical logs, including the IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource and information about the browser. This data is used only to operate and secure the site and is kept for no more than 60 days.
Display preference. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is stored only in your browser’s local storage. It is not transmitted to Orbytal.
Contacting Orbytal. When you contact Orbytal, the information you provide is used only to respond to your request and follow up on the exchange.
Depending on the case, these activities are based on Orbytal’s legitimate interest in operating and securing its site and responding to professional enquiries, or on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to Orbytal and the providers needed to host the site and provide email services. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or restriction of its processing. Where applicable, you may exercise your other rights under the GDPR by writing to contact@orbytal.fr.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
